Adding and editing notes to an appointment or client
Keep track of a client or appointment with Notes
Adding notes to an appointment can help to keep track of a clients progress.
Here's how to add notes:
- If you're on the Calendar page, click on the appointment > Add a note. If you're viewing the client, click on the Notes tab and click on +NEW NOTE.
- In the screen that opens, add a note title > Create.
- Optionally add more notes and/or upload a file.
Here's how to view notes:
- Navigate to the client via the Clients page and click on NOTES.
- In the box that opens, view the notes that you've added over time.
