To configure an appointment to work as an online video call with Zoom follow these steps:

Before you start: First, you will need to connect your AppointmentGuru account to Zoom. You will only need to do this once. See Connect your account to Zoom.

Once connected, make an online appointment with Zoom by doing the following:

• Click on an appointment > Make online.
• Click the Make online button.

That's all there is to it! Once an appointment has been "made online" you will get the following things:

1. If you go to the appointment detail page, you will see all the information you need to know about your online appointment:
   • A link to open it in Zoom.
   • A link to start the meeting.
   • The link to share with your clients.
2. Your notifications will be updated to include links to the Zoom meeting for the appointment.
3. Zoom information will be included on the appointment page for your clients.
