How to change permissions for a member of your team
AppointmentGuru gives you granular control over what actions can be performed by team members. It's easy to update a team member's permissions
To edit a team member's permissions:
- Go to advanced settings: From the main app, in the sidebar, click "advanced settings"
- Once logged into advanced settings, click on "spaces" from the sidebar, click edit on the space that you would like to edit.
- Click on the team tab
- Choose the relevant practitioner
- Scroll down to permissions - tick the relevant boxes to enabled actions and click "save" to apply your changes
Note: permissions are only relevant for users with the role of "member". If they are an "Owner" they will automatically have all permissions
