How to change permissions for a member of your team

AppointmentGuru gives you granular control over what actions can be performed by team members. It's easy to update a team member's permissions.

How to change permissions for a member of your team

To edit a team member's permissions:

  1. Go to Advanced Settings or from app.appointmentguru.co go the settings > Advanced Settings.
  2. Once logged into Advanced Settings, click on Spaces from the sidebar, click Edit on the Space that you would like to edit.
  3. Click on the Team tab and choose the relevant practitioner.
  4. Scroll down to permissions - tick the relevant boxes to enable actions and click Save to apply your changes.

Note: permissions are only relevant for users with the role of Member. If they are an Owner they will automatically have all permissions.
