To integrate your Physitrack clients and programs with AppointmentGuru, follow these simple steps:

In Physitrack

1. Click on your name (bottom right) > Settings.
2. Scroll down to Integrations, choose AppointmentGuru from the dropdown and enter any text into the API key field. e.g.: asjdfhskjfgnlskjfgnskldjfgbnskldfgbs
3. Click Save.

Physitrack will generate an API key for you (under the heading API Key). Copy that, and head over to AppointmentGuru.

In AppointmentGuru

1. Go to the Integrations page, on the Physitrack integration card, click Manage.
2. Paste the code copied from above into the Your Physitrack token field in AppointmentGuru.
3. Click Save.

AppointmentGuru will generate an API key for you. Copy that, and head back to Physitrack.

Back in Physitrack

1. Paste the AppointmentGuru API key where we previously entered a made-up key (step 1 in the Physitrack section above).

Final notes:

• Make sure that AppointmentGuru knows which server to connect to (e.g.: uk, us, au etc) which you can get from the Physitrack URL in your browser.
• You should now be successfully connected to Physitrack.
• You can click the "Test connection" button to verify your connection.
