To integrate your Physitrack clients and programs with AppointmentGuru, follow these simple steps:

In Physitrack

1. Click on your name (bottom right) -> settings
2. Scroll down to "Integrations", choose AppointmentGuru from the dropdown and enter any text into the API key field. e.g.: asjdfhskjfgnlskjfgnskldjfgbnskldfgbs
3. Click save

Physitrack will generate an API key for you (under the heading "API Key"). Copy that, and head over to AppointmentGuru.

In AppointmentGuru

1. Go to the integrations page -> On the Physitrack integration card, click "manage"
2. Paste the code we copied from above into the "Your Physitrack token" field in AppointmentGuru.
3. Click "save"

AppointmentGuru will generate an API key for you. Copy that, and head back to Physitrack.

In Physitrack

1. Paste the AppointmentGuru API key where we previously entered a made-up key (step 1 in the Physitrack section above)

Final notes:

• Make sure that AppointmentGuru knows which server to connect to (e.g.: uk, us, au etc).
• You should now be successfully connected to Physitrack.
• You can click the "Test connection" button to verify your connection.
