Adding personal and medical aid information
Include your clients medical aid information on invoices for medical aid submission.
Here's how to add personal and medical aid information:
- Find the relevant client on the Client page, click on it.
- Click on the Client Info tab and add the medical aid and personal information.
- Click Save when you're done.
If the medical aid details aren't appearing on your invoices:
- Go to the Brand page in your Advanced Settings and choose the applicable Space.
- Click Edit on the top-right of the banner image > Invoice settings.
- Check the Include medical aid box and click Save.
