To send a bulk email, we recommend that you open a Mailchimp account and use our Mailchimp integration to sync your AppointmentGuru clients to a Mailchimp mailing list.

This way, you can send good-looking emails to your clients, keep track of how many people open your email and use best practices by allowing them to unsubscribe if they wish.

Bulk SMS

To send a bulk SMS, we can either export a list of your clients phone numbers for you or send the SMS on your behalf. There will be a cost to send a bulk SMS as it's not part of the included automated notifications used with your AppointmentGuru subscription. The cost will also depend on how many numbers are sent the SMS and how long the SMS is. Contact us with your request.
