How to grant customer support access to your account
In some cases, to help us debug a particularly complicated issue, we may require temporary access to your account. Here is how you can grant temporary access to your account to a AppointmentGuru customer support
Steps to follow
To grant customer support access to your account:
- In the desktop app, from the sidebar, under settings, click on profile
- In the "extra information" block, tick the box that says: "Grant customer support access to my account"
- Click save
Customer support will now be able to access your account to help with your issue.
