Merge two clients together, porting all their appointments, invoices, notes and medical aid information.

Merging two clients - safely removing a duplicated client

Occassionally, you may find that you've created a duplicate of a client. If both versions have data that you want to keep, you can safely merge them and retain information on appointments invoices and medical aid.

Here's how:

  1. From the Client page, click on Merge Clients on the top-right.
  2. In the first search box, find the client that you want to keep as the primary version, the one that the other will be merged into. In the second search box, find the other duplicate you no longer want to keep. Click on Compare.
  3. The next step is to choose to edit any information and click on Transfer x items next to Appointments, Notes etc to move any information across. Finally, click on the Archive right hand user to merge the data and archive the second client or duplicate.
