ℹ When might this be a good idea: If you have multiple spaces on your account, and most of the information on these spaces (e.g., logo, banking details, billing address, etc.) is the same.

⚠️ When NOT to do this: You should not merge your spaces if you require different billing or brand information for each space. In this case it is better to keep the spaces separate.

The process of merging spaces

1. You may want to rename the space that you want to keep (eg. if it is called "My Business - Sandton", you might want to change it to just "My Business").
2. Move locations from the space that you want to delete to the space that you want to keep.
3. Archive the old space.
