How do I add an appointment?
It's quick and easy to add an appointment in your AppointmentGuru account
Remember, there are a few things that need to be setup before you can start adding appointments like adding your appointment types and adding clients?
Here's how to add an appointment in the web or mobile apps:
- Tap on the blue plus sign on the bottom right of the window and select New Appointment or use the keyboard shortcut: ctrl-a.
- Fill out the form and select the various options
- Click on Create appointment
You can also add an appointment by clicking anywhere on the Calendar page or on the pink plus icon on the Home page.
Unless you've specified not to, a notification will be sent to the client with the details of their appointment. More on notifications: How do notifications work?.
