How to delete a payment

Remove a payment from an appointment you have accidentally marked as paid.

How to delete a payment

If you have accidentally marked an appointment as paid, you might want to remove that payment and move your appointment back into the New status. Here's how:

  1. Find the client from the Client page and click on the Account tab.
  2. Find the appointment for which you would like to remove the payment.
  3. Expand this appointment and click on the delete (trash can) icon next to the payment you would like to delete.

This will remove the payment from this appointment and will revert your appointment's status to its most recent status.
