How to fix incorrect client data on your invoices

When editing information on an appointment, you may notice inconsistent information appearing on your invoices. This is sometimes a result of information relating to dependants or client details that have changed. With AppointmentGuru, you have granular control over all your data and how it is displayed. This article will help you to understand how data on a client and appointment is used and how you can edit it.
  • Click on the relevant appointment -> Open appointment
  • Where it shows the client details under customer information, click on Change: ​* Click on the Dependency Details tab (where you can find all the information specific to this client on this appointment)
  • Edit and save

Once you've done this, you'll need to refresh the appointments on the invoices

  • Click on an invoice to see the menu,
  • Click on the "appointments" tab and click on the button to update the invoice:
