When editing information on an appointment, you may notice inconsistent information appearing on your invoices. This can result from information relating to dependents or changed client details. With AppointmentGuru, you have granular control over all your data and how it is displayed. This article will help you understand how data on a client and an appointment is used and how you can edit it.

How to fix incorrect client data on your invoices

When editing information on an appointment, you may notice inconsistent information appearing on your invoices. This can result from information relating to dependents or changed client details. With AppointmentGuru, you have granular control over all your data and how it is displayed. This article will help you understand how data on a client and an appointment is used and how you can edit it.

To access and edit client data:

  • Click on the relevant appointment > Open Appointment.
  • Under Customer information, click on Change and click on the Dependency Details tab to find/edit the information specific to this client on this appointment.

Then refresh the appointments on the invoices:

  • Find the relevant invoice and click on the three dots, click on the Appointments tab and click on Update invoice to make the changes.
