Include your JotForm in your automatic notifications
AppointmentGuru makes it easy to include a link to your forms in your automatic notifications. AppointmentGuru can intelligently add links to your notifications and will only include the link if the client has not submitted the forms previously.
To add a link to your forms in your automated notifications
- Go to the JotForm integration page: from the sidebar, click on integrations, click on the manage button (or go to: app.appointmentguru.co/#/integrations/jotform/
- Click on the form that you would like to add to your notifications
- Click on the "settings" button
- Tick the box that says "Link this form."
How it works
- As long as you're using the default notifications, or at least including the "include appointment details" block in your notifications, we will add a link to your notifications that takes the user to your form - making sure to pass the relevant information so that AppointmentGuru can link the form submission to the client's profile.
- Your client can then click on the link, and they will be taken to fill out the form.
- Once they submit the form, AppointmentGuru will link their submission on their profile in AppointmentGuru, and relevant information will be updated
