Update appointment information on a invoice
Sometimes you change information on your appointments after you have created an invoice. You'll notice that this information does not update automatically on the invoice. This is by design because once created, an invoice should not change unless you explicitly want it to. Not to worry, though; it's easy to refresh the appointment information on your invoice.
To refresh updated appointment information on an existing invoice:
- Go to the invoices page (from the app, click on "invoices"): https://app.appointmentguru.co/#/invoices
- Click on the three dots on the invoice to open the invoice menu
- Click on the Appointments tab
- This will show you the live data from the appointments attached to this invoice.
- You can edit details from here if you need to
- Click "update invoice" to apply the latest appointment information to your invoice.
